• Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website. By using the Website and/or by accepting the rights and benefits (ADSG) confers upon you under these Terms you accept and acknowledge that you have read and legally bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue accessing, viewing or otherwise using the Website immediately.

• ADSG expressly reserves the right to revoke the rights granted that breach these terms and to take any action it deems appropriate.
