This program is designed for midlevel managers who are looking to increase their confidence to motivate team members, influence stakeholders, and adapt to the leadership challenges of the future. The program covers several topics, such as leading self, leading others, managing conflict, and creating a personal development plan.

During the program, the participants will work directly with leadership development experts and will have the opportunity to customize their leadership development journey through one-to-one coaching sessions.
This program consists of a blend of learning approaches such as self-based modules, one-to-one coaching sessions, and individual & group assignments.

Program General Info
Emirati Employees grades 1 or 2 from any Abu Dhabi Government Entity
A six (6) week learning journey, during which participants will:

Complete 6 self-based modules, one module per week
-
Submit individual and group assignments weekly.

Attend four (4) coaching session online.

Submit a PDP.
You can submit your nomination through the registration link.
