The program covers the concepts of managing relations and conflicts through building sustainable relationships and trust between individuals and teams to avoid problems that may affect our success.

Program Overview

The trainees will acquire the knowledge and skills to manage situations and recognize current workplace problems, which will help them apply systematic methods to solve real conflict situations at work. The program will help the trainees create effective strategies to improve relationships and strengthen relations with co-workers professionally and positively to build sustainable relationships with others.

The program is in class for (2) days.

Learning Commitment

The trainee is expected to attend all training hours during the training days (12 hours in two days).

Please note that the total hours of excused absences or delays in attending sessions should not exceed more than one hour.

At the end of the program, the participant will be able to:

Apply the principles of building sustainable relationships and recognizing their importance.

Certificate of completion

The trainee receives a Certificate of Attendance from Abu Dhabi school of Government upon completing the number of mandatory hours of training, which is 12 hours during the two training days.
